Return Policy

Thanks for making a purchase from Morris Guitar Company LLC!

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all guitar purchases made on our website provided they meet the requirements stated in this policy.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 5 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 5-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

Accessories such as strings, picks, polishes, straps and capos are not eligible for refunds unless purchased with, and are being returned with, a guitar. If this is the case, accessories must be unopened.

Products returned to Morris Guitar Company must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped in and contain the original contents of the shipment including packaging materials, accessories, manuals and any other related documentation.

If a return/refund is approved, Morris Guitar Company must receive the item no more than 14 days after approval. Any later and the return will be voided and the buyer will not receive a refund. 

The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Due to our regularly changing inventory, we are not able to offer exchanges.

A refund will be sent to the credit card the purchase was originally made with.

The refund of the original purchase will be for the amount of the product only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded except in the case of product damage that occurred during shipment.
